Gen 93 - Isabelle 82 - Martha 95

The Fancy Workers of Weston County Wyoming are a group of women from 11 – 95 who have been turning donated yarn into hats, scarves, and mittens for various local and regional organizations as well as slippers for cancer patients in South Dakota and even wool socks for orphans in Russia.

We always welcome new people, of all ages, men, women and children who want to learn or help. We have no dues, people just show up. They can help with our projects or work on one that they are doing. We help each other when we have problem. There always seem to be someone who knows or we will find the answers for them.

We always have people who help make thing for the different projects who are not able to come to the meetings. They will come and get the yarn, check on what is needed, go home, make it and return with the finished item.

Meetings are held every Thursday 12:30 - 2:00 pm at the Weston Country Senior Center.
